NEIGHBORS BATTLE OVER KIDS PLAYING

Two Plano, Texas, homeowners are feuding. Kelly Counts installed a playhouse in her backyard for her four children to enjoy. The children are homeschooled. Her neighbors, the Wards, don’t seem to like the glorious sound of laughter from the little snowflakes – ages 10, 7, 4 and 2 – and so whenever the kids come out the Wards blast music with raunchy lyrics. Kelly Counts says the Wards have never asked her to tone down the noise of the kids playing. She’s tried to work with her neighbors but they refuse. The Counts are being sued by the Wards for the playhouse, even though the homeowners’ association OK’d it. Meanwhile, the Wards are being sued by the Counts for blasting the music.
