MAN’S FINAL WISHES: ASHES MIXED WITH BEER AND POURED DOWN THE DRAIN

A British man named Kevin McGlinchey died recently at the age of 66. His children carried out his final wishes: he wanted to be cremated, have his ashes mixed with beer and then have the beer poured down the drain. His grown children, Cassidy and her brother Owen, fulfilled their dad Kevin’s final wishes by pouring his remains down a drain outside his favorite pub, Hollybush, in Coventry, England. Cassidy said her father told them, “When I die if you put me down the drain I will be able to travel to all my locals through the drains underground. Every time you walk over a drain you will think of me and there are plenty around so no matter where you are in the world you will still think it.” In a video posted online, people cheer as Owen scoops the ashes and mixes them into a couple pints of lager, and then pours it into the drain in the gutter outside the pub.
