MAN PLAYING PLAYSTATION STRUCK BY LIGHTNING

A UK man was rushed to the emergency room Monday after he was struck by lightning while playing his PlayStation in his living room. Aiden Rowan, 33, was playing a game called “Stray” where you control a stray cat who is lost in a thunderstorm when he heard a loud crack followed by a “heavy jolting sensation.” He was rushed to the hospital. Doctors believe that the lightning bounced off the water and through the window due to the ground being too hard from the heatwave the UK has been experiencing recently. In the end, Rowan says, “I’m fine, just very sore, hell of a headache and burn stripes down my arm.”
* Think of them as grill marks.
* And THAT’S how you cook a couch potato.
* Another way of looking at this is it’s God’s way of saying, “You’re 33. Why are you still playing PlayStation?”
* Maybe switch to a game that doesn’t use electricity. Like Dominoes.
* Some people never learn. In the hospital, he started playing the heart monitor.
* In Britain, with National Health Service, when you’re hit by lightning the hospital doesn’t have to charge you.
