INDY 500 PACE CAR STOLEN FROM CAR DEALERSHIP

An Indianapolis 500 pace car was stolen from a Chevrolet dealership in Zionsville, Indiana. The incident took place at the Bill Estes Chevrolet dealership. The car was one of 100 Camaro pace cars set to take to the track at the 2015 Indianapolis 500. The suspect – described as a white male with glasses and no shirt – drove the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro, with the top down, through the glass front door and down a flight of stairs. The Camaro was badly damaged and was subsequently abandoned, with the suspect believed to have fled on foot.
* Well, unless he stole another car.
* Fast and furious he ain’t.
* Although the car dealer is pretty annoyed.
* Wait – they lost the car, but Bill Estes Chevrolet got their name spread across the entire planet. So maybe it’s a break-even.
* One of a hundred – so it’s a very special car, hard to find another one.
* Cars can’t drive through buildings and down stairs? Hollywood movies have been lying to me all these years?
* If only he had brought along a special effects guy.
* I’d avoid buying a used car there for awhile.
* Somebody throw the caution flag till this is cleaned up.
* “Boogity, boogity, boogity, let’s go stealing!”
* I see my computer’s spell check can’t handle Darrell Waltrip.
