HOOTERS TRYING NEW VENTURE, "HOOTS"

Hooters is going to try out a new endeavor, without the girls in skimpy tops. It will be called Hoots, and their first location is opening outside Chicago next month. The girls won’t be wearing demeaning uniforms, and they are adding male servers. The restaurant is modeling itself on “fast-casual” style eateries such as Panera and Chipotle with counter service only and a streamlined menu.
* Hoots? No toots?
* No skimpy clothes? Who’s their target customers – the Amish?
* Only the menu will be skimpy.
* Very unwise move.
* Ow’l never go there.
* They won’t be wearing demeaning uniforms? Then what’s the point?
* You don’t think this is about the menu, do you?
* That’s like Ben and Jerry’s giving up ice cream.
* Fast casual? it sounds more like a fast bankruptcy.
