HIGH MAN ASKS POLICE TO ARREST GHOST IN HIS HOUSE
Police arrested a Colfax, Louisiana, man for drug possession after he was found walking in his yard wearing nothing but a bath towel, carrying a large knife and talking to trees. Deputies said when they arrived at the house of David Maxwell, 26, he told them that there were people in the tops of the trees and ghosts inside of his house. Maxwell also asked the deputy to arrest the ghosts. The deputy determined that Maxwell was under the influence of drugs, and crystal meth and Suboxone were found inside of his house. But no ghosts.
* Drugs but no boos?
* You can’t wear a towel and babble in your own yard? That’s just sad.
* And as for the knife – it’s Louisiana. Maybe he just wanted to do some whittlin’.
* Arrest the ghosts? Like the handcuffs would stay on. Come on.
* The police are not ghost-busters.
* Who ya gonna call? Start with your lawyer.
* I hate to think what he’ll be goblin’ in prison.
* Imagine something so scary that a ghost would dial 9-1-1.
* Darn, I’m back to the elections again.
* I don’t think you wear a bath towel. You just wrap it around you.
* And thank goodness for that.
