DRUG TRAFFICKERS ARRESTED, LEAVE BEHIND A “HOW TO DO IT” MANUAL

Winnipeg police raided two homes, arrested three men and seized weapons, drugs, cash, jewelry and a “how-to” instruction manual for running drugs. Max Waddell, head of the Winnipeg Police gang unit, said he can’t recall anything like this ever happening before. “Basically, it was A to Z,” he said, adding that it laid out everything from how the drugs were obtained, to how they were trafficked and how the money was collected. It also included instructions on how to evade police and run a successful operation, Waddell said.
* Time to revise that chapter.
* The manual was “How to Do It”, not “How to Do It Successfully.”
* They might as well have called it “Drug Trafficking for Dummies”.
* Sounds like the gang members didn’t want to be bothered personally training the interns.
* Honestly, I never got all the way through our radio station instruction manual. Those things are boring.
