BRITISH MAN KILLED, WIFE INJURED BY COWS

On Saturday afternoon, a UK man died after he was attacked by a herd of cows while out walking with his wife. The man, 82, was pronounced dead at the scene, and his wife, 78, was badly bruised and was taken to a hospital by air ambulance. It has not been confirmed by police whether the couple, from Pendle, in Lancashire, were walking a dog. Cows have been known to attack both dogs and humans while protecting their calves.
