BREAD TRUCK COLLIDES WITH DELI MEAT TRUCK
A truck carrying deli meat collided with another truck carrying bread on a New Jersey highway Friday morning. The trucks collided on Interstate 287’s southbound lanes in Piscataway shortly before 6 a.m., causing backups that stretched several exits. By about 7:30 a.m., most of the cleanup had been completed.
* So they just opened a Quiznos right on the very spot.
* The deli meat and bread were meant to come together – just not like this.
* Cleanup workers already had a full schedule, but they managed to sandwich this in.
* It’s a Wonder no one was injured.
* Now all they need is a van full of mustard.
* Maybe this is how the sandwich was invented.
* This could be the first vehicle crash that comes with a bag of chips.
* Both trucks were making a delivery to Governor Chris Christie’s house.
* It’s not every day that you get cut off in traffic by some actual cold cuts.
