BOSS TAKES 800 EMPLOYEES ON CRUISE

Employees at the Bertch Cabinet Company in Waterloo, Iowa, are all getting a free Caribbean cruise. Company president Gary Bertch offered the cruise as an incentive a year ago, and the company had met its goals for 2016, so everybody gets a cruise. Bertch says the vacation starts January 8. He has four charter aircraft that will be flying employees directly to Miami Sunday to stay at a nice five-star hotel. Then on Monday, they bus over from the hotel to the port and load up on the ship for a week around the islands.
