BEARDS CARRY MORE GERMS THAN DOGS

Men with beards carry more germs than dogs. Researchers at Switzerland’s Hirslanden Clinic were using the same MRI machine for people and dogs. They decided to find out if this was sanitary. They examined the beards of 18 men and the necks of 30 dogs from a number of breeds. (* Breeds of dogs, or breeds of men?) They found that dogs had lower levels of microbes than the men’s beards. Seven of the men were shown to have microbes hazardous to human health.
