AUDIO: COLLEGE LACROSSE TEAMS CHOOSE WINNER BY ROCK-PAPER-SCISSORS

Last Saturday, a college lacrosse game was settled by a game of rock-paper-scissors. Due to lightning, the in-progress game between the Western Michigan University Broncos and University of Dayton Flyers was cancelled. Not wanting to be left without a winner, each team elected a representative to battle it out in a best-of-three tournament of Rock-Paper-Scissors, with the winner taking home the victory for their team. Western Michigan pulled out a win with Paper covering Rock.
* Those lacrosse players – such brutes!
* I wouldn’t have picked scissors with all that lightning around.
* That’s also why they didn’t go with a coin toss.
* Next week, Western Michigan takes on The University of Inka Binka Bottle of Ink.
* The NFL says they are investigating this method to help cut down on injuries in pro football.
* Okay, enough putdowns. I think it was a great idea.
* Maybe we can use this method in the Middle East.
* Hell, maybe we can settle the election this way between Donald and Hillary.
* Nice win for the Western Michigan University Broncos. I hear they’re good this year.
