AIR PASSENGER CHECKED A 20-POUND LOBSTER ONTO PLANE
TSA agents at Boston’s Logan Airport discovered somebody traveling with a lobster weighing more than 20 pounds. The crustacean was found in a checked bag on Sunday morning. Lobsters, as it turns out, can travel in either carry-on or checked bags. The lobster was traveling in a cooler and was alive and well.
* And, eventually, delicious.
* Lobsters in Boston? Well, that part checks out.
* Did the guy try to claim it was a therapy lobster so it could ride on his lap during the flight?
* Actually, he left it in the cooler ’cause he didn’t want to be shellfish.
* I’ve never flown with a lobster, but I once flew back from Mexico with crabs.
