GYM BANS CABLE NEWS

Element Fitness in Lenexa, Kansas, has banned cable news from its TVs. The new policy is intended to cut down on arguments and drama among gym-goers. Gym managers refuse to give specifics over what prompted the policy change (* I’ll bet it rhymes with “rump”!). One longtime member, Judith Zillner, is not happy with the new policy. “That’s not what my dad fought for at all,” she said.
* You’re not gonna win with that argument, snowflake.
* How about this – tune all the TVs on the left side of the room to CNN, and all the TVs on the right to FOX.
* Only Americans can get angry over not being able to watch TV while they exercise.
* Even fitness buffs need to get off the newscycle once in awhile.
* Oh, well. Hope you folks at Element Fitness like Alaska reality shows.
