MAN TRIES TO ROB THREE BANKS IN A HALF HOUR
Washington, D.C. police have taken a man into custody in connection to three attempted bank robberies within 30 minutes Friday morning. The suspect struck first at a bank about 9:20 a.m. and made off with an undisclosed amount of money. He then unsuccessfully attempted to rob a second bank a few blocks away about 9:35 a.m. The man then failed at another attempted robbery at a third bank about 9:50 a.m.. The name of the suspect was not released.
* I’m thinking his name might be Barry Allen, a.k.a. The Flash.
* Yeah, I always get the slow tellers, too.
* I’d say he was an over-achiever, but he only got money from one of the banks.
* He made off with “an undetermined amount of money,” ’cause, you don’t expect banks to keep track of every single dollar do you?
* “How much money did the robber get?” “A bunch.”
* He’s a one-man non-crime spree!
* Worst career trajectory ever. Win, fail, fail, jail.
* At the second bank, did he say, “Get the money together, I’ll be back in a minute. I have to go rob another bank.”
