NINJA STEALS KATANA SWORD
A man dressed as a “ninja” burglar broke into a comic book store in Anchorage, Alaska, to steal a single item: a katana sword. Bosco’s Comics Cards & Games in Anchorage posted a video to YouTube showing the burglar, dressed in a ninja costume, walking around the store and making off with the katana sword. Employee Erich Helmick said the sword was the only thing he could tell that was missing.
* It was a very honorable theft.
* Are there Eskimo ninjas?
* Sounds like Bosco’s Comics Cards & Games should have stuck with comics, cards and games.
* I don’t think he was just dressed as a ninja. I think, in his mind, he is a ninja.
* Or to say it in modern parlance, he self-identifies with the ninja movement.
* Of course he only took the sword. That’s all the voices in his head commanded him to take.
* Katana swords go back to feudal times in Japan and are also known as Samurai swords. Can you tell I’ve been on Wikipedia?
* Shhh … don’t tell the thief ninjas and Samurai are two different things.
* That’s the only thing that was missing? Oh, I’m sure they’ll think of more stuff by the time they fill out the insurance forms.
