DENTIST INDICTED FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING MALE PATIENTS

A dentist who practiced in Washington D.C. has been indicted on charges that he sexually abused male patients while they were anesthetized with nitrous oxide. Forty-four-year-old dentist Bilal Ahmed of Potomac, Maryland, was indicted Tuesday on 14 felony counts of sexual abuse. According to court documents, in May 2014, Ahmed performed dental work on a patient, and administered nitrous oxide to him through a face mask. Prosecutors say when the mask came off, the patient found Ahmed sexually assaulting him. The patient reported the incident to police.
