AUDIO: MAN IS WEARING HIS GARBAGE FOR A MONTH
A New York City man is wearing a clear plastic suit containing every piece of garbage he produces for 30 days. A film crew will follow Rob Greenfield throughout New York City, shoving all of his trash into his plastic suit. Since the average American creates 4.5 pounds of trash per day, he could ultimately be carrying around 135 pounds of trash. Greenfield wants to become a walking billboard of environmental awareness to educate and inspire people to make positive changes in their life to reduce their waste, according to his website. Greenfield’s trash journey will also be documented across various forms of media including videos, live streams and blogs.

* And gals … he’s single!
* So far, his live stream is being followed by about 5400 seagulls.
* Inspire people to reduce their waste? Well, he’s sure inspired me to reduce the amount of time I waste following stupid news stories.
* If only there was something in people’s lives that would remind them of how much waste they produce – LIKE WHEN THEY PUT OUT THEIR GARBAGE EVERY WEEK. DUH!! DUUUHHHHH!!!!!
* I think he wants to inspire and educate people to click on his links so he makes money from the ad revenue.
* Kanye West could sue him for infringing on his clothing line.
* A film crew may be following him, but I bet by day number 10 they’ll be following him from quite a distance away.
* So I guess it isn’t Fashion Week in New York.
* Or is it?
* The problem is they keep hanging him up in a museum as modern art.
* I don’t have the willpower to make a statement like this. I’d just eat out three times a day.
