WHOPPER PATTIES STOLEN

Police in Warren, Michigan, are investigating how nearly three dozen cases of Whopper hamburger patties disappeared from the back of a delivery truck. The driver of the semi-trailer had to wait several hours at the a food distribution center to make the delivery and fell asleep, waking at 2 a.m. and noticing the truck’s shipping seal was broken and a few boxes of the burgers were missing. The driver went back to sleep after securing the truck with a padlock. By the time he awoke at 8:30 a.m., 33 cases were taken. At this point, police don’t have any leads on a suspect.
* Time to get a better padlock.
* So the case of the missing frozen burgers is still cold.
* Police are working their buns off.
* If they catch the thief, they’ll put him in the Patty Wagon.
* Then they’ll take him to the station and grill him.
* It’s the Hamburglar! Come on, this is not rocket science!!
