DUI SUSPECT: "I DIDN'T DRINK ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO SMELL IT"

In Indian Harbor, Florida, a woman crashed into a tree. Police found 38-year-old Lindsay Marie Toor behind the wheel. As Toor exited the vehicle, she began to sway. The officer noticed her glassy eyes as well as her breath smelling like alcohol. When the officer told her he suspected alcohol was involved, she said: “I didn’t drink enough for you to be able to smell it!” The officer placed Toor under arrest for DUI.
