FLORIDA MAN SETS FIRE TO FOOTBALL JERSEY WHILE WEARING IT

A Vero Beach, Florida, man and his wife had a bet on Sunday’s football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Green Bay Packers. The bet was to burn the losing team’s jersey. In an exciting finish, the Cowboys lost. But for some inexplicable reason – oh, wait, the reason was alcohol – Timothy Silyers, 27, decided to wear the jersey while setting it ablaze. Members of Silyers’ family ripped the burning jersey off his body and took him to a hospital, where he was treated for second- and third-degree burns on his arms and back.
