A BEER TO EASE THE SYMPTOMS OF MENOPAUSE

Craft beer makers Portsmouth Brewery has just come out with a beer called Libeeration which claims to help ease menopausal symptoms. They said it took them six years to perfect, having consulted with women health practitioners and herbalists and using ingredients believed to relieve symptoms like sleeplessness, hot flashes, and mood swings. The beer is made from herbs and plants known to be useful in easing symptoms, including Motherwort, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Stinging Nettle, Mugwort, Rose, Chickweed and Damiana.

* Nothing improves a good mood swing like alcohol.
