THE SCARY CLOWNS ARE BACK

Scary clowns have returned, this time in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. Two men dressed as clowns – one carrying a gun and the other a pipe – frightened a group of children. The kids were playing hide-and-seek in the woods Saturday afternoon when the two men seemed to come out of nowhere. The kids said the clowns started chasing them. One kid ran home and told his parents. The boy’s father went out and saw two guys, in clown outfits and masks, running up a hillside toward a nearby heap of slag. He called 911 and police came and combed the area for two hours, but there was no sign of the men.
* Not even a balloon animal?
* They should have set up a tiny car roadblock.
* The police have turned this into a circus.
* “Nearby heap of slag.” Ah, childhood memories …
* For starters, it was the worst game of hide and seek ever.
* The pipe the one clown was carrying … this wouldn’t happen to be a crack pipe would it?
* I miss the good old days when clowns were only armed with bottles of seltzer.
* It’s interesting how scary clowns in the private sector sort of disappeared for awhile when the Trump administration started.
* I guess they felt like they couldn’t compete.
* I don’t care if these guys are Barnum and Bailey. We’ve got to catch them and soon.
