POLICE LOOKING FOR ROBBERY SUSPECT IN A STRAPLESS DRESS
Police in Florida are looking for a man who wore a strapless floor-length dress during an armed robbery of a Hollywood business. Surveillance video released Thursday from the April 2nd robbery at the Jackson Arms apartments showed two men, one in a dress, enter the business through the back door. They demanded money from an employee, then left in a bright yellow car with $3,500. A third man, who was seen driving a silver Mercedes-Benz with a sun roof, acted as lookout. One of men in the yellow car, Rickie Floyd, 33, of Boca Raton, was arrested last Wednesday. Still missing are the man in the dress and the driver of the Mercedes, police said.
* The suspect is described as armed and fabulous.
* Ugh. Now I’m flashing on that episode of “Louie” where he puts on a dress. Not pretty.
* A strapless floor-length dress? It’s a little early in the season for that kind of thing.
* Just curious – was he wearing flats or pumps?
* “Give me all your money – and … does this dress make my butt look big?”
* Buddy, when they say “Dress for success,” they don’t mean wear an actual dress.
* Maybe he was going to a Crime Awards Show right after this.
* So he could be in a police line-up AND a fashion line-up.
* When they catch him they’re also going to charge him with Failure to Accessorize.
* How does he feel about an orange jumpsuit?
