NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN ABOUT MAN'S STINKY DRIVEWAY
Some residents of Tiverton, Rhode Island, have been dealing with the smell of decaying shellfish for days. A neighbor dumped clamshells on a road into his farm, normally a common thing to do when you live near the shore. But the guy used unwashed clams, and there is still clam meat on the shells and not only is it rotten and smelly, but maggots have started to feed on it. Said Sharon Moore, who lives next door, “It’s like bodies decaying. So, you’ve got about a million bodies decaying.”
* Aw, stop crabbin’.
* Clams and maggots and bodies, oh my!
* Does the stink at least cover up the other farm smells?
* Everybody wants to live in an organic world, this is what you get in an organic world.
* It’s the worst thing they’ve ever smelt.
* Buying that many clams must have cost him a lot of smackers.
