MAN THREATENS PARENTS OVER LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING

An Albuquerque, New Mexico, man was arrested Friday after he threatened and stabbed his parents over the lack of air conditioning in their home. Robert Generosa, 49, allegedly got angry because there was no air conditioning. He yelled at his parents while swinging a knife in the air. According to court documents, Generosa then threatened to stab his parents and cut his father’s face several times with the knife. He also hit his father on the top of the head with the knife’s handle. Generosa eventually surrendered to police about 3 a.m. Friday after a brief standoff. Generosa’s father said that his son suffered a “mental episode”.
* So he was hot AND bothered.
* At least swinging the knife created a little breeze.
* Police tried to negotiate him down to a ceiling fan.
* They threw him in the cooler.
* At least the jail is air conditioned.
* Better hold him ’til Fall.
* I know exactly when this man went off the deep end. It was when, at 100 degress, his mother asked for a sweater because she had a chill.
