FIRST-GRADER TRIES TO STAB TEACHER WITH SCISSORS

A first-grader at B.T. Bullock Elementary School in Sanford, North Carolina, is facing juvenile charges of assault and disorderly conduct after he tried to assault a teacher Monday with a pair of scissors. According to officials, the student also threw items around the classroom and attempted to damage school computers. The student was restrained and removed from the class by a school resource officer.
