DRUG SUSPECT ATTEMPTS TO ESCAPE ON HOVERBOARD
A drug suspect attempted to flee from Florida police on a hoverboard. It didn’t work. A Clearwater police officer spotted Jerome Dennis, 20, at a “known drug residence” around 9:30 PM Sunday. When a uniformed cop approached Dennis, he attempted to flee on his hoverboard, but when he realized it didn’t go fast enough he abandoned the board and took off on foot before being apprehended. Dennis was subsequently arrested after being found in possession of marijuana.
* He attempted to Marty McFly outta there.
* This guy doesn’t need a board to hover.
* If only the hoverboard could have gone as high as he was.
* How slow are these things, on a scale of one to Segway?
* We need some specialty marketing here: a hoverboard just for drug escapes.
* Of course, you can’t be too stoned or you couldn’t ride the damn thing.
* The good news? He should be all nice and mellowed out for the arraignment.
* Clearwater, Florida? Sounds more like Bong Water to me.
