AUDIO: BLACK WATER IN CORRUPT TEXAS TOWN
Last week came the story of Crystal City, Texas, where every city official – the mayor, councilmen – all except one were arrested on corruption charges. Now, less than a week later, black water is running out of everybody’s taps. The black water started running Wednesday morning. According to a notice published by the city on Thursday, the water ran dark because renovations on the municipal water tank caused sediment to leak into distribution lines. Residents are advised to boil their water before drinking it.
