SNAKE HUNTER NABS 14-FOOT PYTHON CARRYING 73 EGGS

A Florida python hunter bagged a 14-foot, 62-pound female. How did they know it was female? It was carrying 73 eggs at the time of its capture. The South Florida Water Management District pays 25 professional hunters the state minimum wage of $8.10 per hour, plus $40 for each snake up to 4 feet and an additional $25 for each foot beyond 4 feet. Since the program began, they’ve already captured more than 200 pythons.
* What’s worse than a 14-foot snake? A PREGNANT 14-foot snake.
* Shouldn’t he get a bonus for each of the eggs?
* “$20 per unhatched egg, or I put them back.”
* True fact: the Burmese python has only one known natural predator, and that would be the nuclear bomb.
* Seriously – pythons, alligators, spiders, iguanas, giant monitor lizards – how ’bout we move everybody out of Florida and give Kim Jong-Un one freebie?
