THREE ARRESTED FOR CATTLE RUSTLING

Three men were arrested in Polk County, Florida, after they stole eight cows and sold them at an auction. The cows – three cows and four calves – went missing from a pasture in Lakeland in April. The stolen cows were worth $4,000. In June, someone left detectives a tip (does that qualify as “cow-tipping”?) leading them to Jordan Ferguson, 19, and his friends, Trevar Veltrop, 21, and Dalton Pelham, 22. Pelham had sold the eight head of cattle at the Cattleman’s Livestock auction shortly after the cows disappeared, and the three men pocketed the cash. Police are still looking for the cows.
* Try Carl’s Junior.
* Maybe they should set up a steakout.
* The Dalton Gang can currently be found in the hoosegow. That’s the building surrounded buy bobwire, next to the sundries shop.
* That’s some fine police work there, Wyatt.
* I’m sorry, but planning, stealing, transporting, storing, and then auctioning eight cows is a lot of work for $4000 split three ways.
* This is how the Hamburglar started.
