THE PRICE OF A TESTICLE: $870,000
A Mount Union, Pennsylvania, man has successfully sued a urologist who accidentally removed his healthy testicle during surgery. 54-year-old Steven Haines had been suffering chronic testicle pain for around 15 years before he decided to go to a urologist named Dr. Spencer Long back in 2013. Long agreed to remove the painful gonad. However, he somehow wound up surgically removing Haines’s totally normal healthy left testicle – leaving the painful right one. Haines filed a lawsuit against Dr. Long, and last week a jury awarded him $620,000 for pain and suffering and $250,000 in punitive damages, for a total of $870,000. Haines remains in pain, with a “debilitating fear” of seeking further treatment for his problem because he will need testosterone treatment for the rest of his life if he loses the remaining testicle.
* There’s a scary thought – Involuntary Transitioning.
* So, he literally hasn’t got the cajones to give it another try.
* Now his one testicle isn’t just painful, it’s also lonely.
* $870,000. That’s quite a sack of money.
* In the doctor’s defense, YOU look down there and tell me which is the bad one.
* And that was all she scrote.
