TWO ARRESTED IN MASSIVE DIAPER THEFT
In Fox Crossing, Wisconsin, two men are facing charges in connection with the theft of 100,000 diapers from the Fox Cities Diaper Bank. Jason Havel, 42, was a shipping manager at a company that transported the pallets of diapers for the bank. John Forbes, 52, also worked for the company. Several thefts occurred between Jan. 3 and Feb. 13 at a warehouse. Police said 1,777 cases of diapers, valued at $45,000, were stolen. The diaper bank provides diapers to 875 babies from low-income families every month.
* Stealing diapers from needy low-income families? What a couple of turds.
* They were the Number 1 and Number 2 Most Wanted Criminals for awhile there, weren’t they?
* Nice how the police wrapped it up.
* A very absorbing story.
* When they go to trial, I just hope they don’t pamper them.
* Their cellmates are gonna give him more than just huggies.
* Their records are now permanently soiled.
* Cloth diapers are often made of fleece but this is a different kind of “fleece.”
* Here’s how that headline would read in England: “Two Arrested in Massive Nappy Theft.”
* Considering that England invented English, they sure can’t say a lot of stuff right.
* These guys broke the bank … the Diaper Bank.
* They call it a Diaper Bank ’cause the babies make so many deposits.
