CHUCK E. CHEESES GET MORE EMERGENCY CALLS THAN STRIP CLUBS

As we all know, things tend to get a little out of control at Chuck E. Cheese restaurants. There are five Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. A local TV station there looked into the number of times emergency personnel were called to Chuck. E. Cheese in 2016.
– Two of the locations – one in Clearwater and one in Wesley Chapel – logged 18 emergency calls each. Another location in Carrollwood 38 times. The St. Petersburg location had 56 calls for service and the Brandon location had 61.
– The calls are usually for assaults, batteries, fights and disturbances.
– The TV station compared other businesses to Chuck E. Cheeses and pulled calls for service at several strip clubs. Charlottes Gentleman’s Club on E. Nebraska Avenue had 0 calls for service in 2016. Three other clubs – Mons Venus, The Penthouse Club and Goodies – had a total of 27 assaults, batteries, fights and disturbances between them. Still, none had more than the Brandon, Florida, Chuck E. Cheese’s.
* So you folks in Tampa might want to have your kid’s party at Charlottes Gentleman’s Club.
* Chuck E. Cheese, Where A Kid Can Be a Kid, and a parent can be a douchebag.
* They need to stop putting steroids in the pizza sauce.
* How about only building Chuck E. Cheeses next to police stations?
* What I’m hearing is that we don’t show strip clubs enough respect for how peaceful they are.
* 61 emergency calls in one year? That’s more than OJ used to generate.
* That’s one a week with 9 left over.
* Just the idea of 5 Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in one town is scary enough.
