WOMAN SUES RESTAURANT AFTER FALLING OFF DONKEY

A Florida woman is suing a popular Mexican restaurant for injuries she sustained from falling off the restaurant’s donkey statue. Kimberly Bonn is seeking damages in excess of $15,000 related to an August 2015 incident at the El Jalisco restaurant in Tallahassee. The lawsuit claims that Bonn was climbing on the life-sized donkey statue to have her picture taken, which the restaurant “permitted and encouraged,” when she slipped off the back, fell on the floor and suffered “significant injuries, including a fractured spine.” The lawsuit claims El Jalisco was negligent in creating the donkey hazard without adequate safety features.
* Like a wall, for example.
* I think we all know how it happened: “Here – hold my margarita.”
* Somebody’s ass is going end up broke in this lawsuit.
* It’s not even a mechanical bull? Just a statue of a donkey?
* So one jackass ruins donkey photos for everybody.
* The restaurant’s new slogan is “Make a run for our lawyers.”
* Now her lawyer is asking for the whole enchilada.
* She forgot to mention the emotional damage – how she can’t look at donkey statues the same way now.
