AUDIO: DRUNK DRIVERS THREATENED WITH JUSTIN BIEBER COMMERCIAL

The police department of Wyoming, Minnesota, tweeted a warning message to drunk drivers on Sunday: anyone caught driving drunk Sunday night would be forced to watch Justin Bieber’s T-Mobile commercial – the “Celebration Expert” ad – the entire way to jail. The original tweet was retweeted at least 10,000 times and liked at least 16,000. The department later tweeted thanks to everybody for spreading their message against drinking and driving. Police Chief Paul Hoppe says his department made no drunken driving arrests Sunday night.
* Nor has anyone signed up for T-Mobile.
* “Can you hate me now?”
* Talk about cruel and unusual punishment.
* Would the cops in the patrol car get hazard pay?
* It sounds pretty effective until you find out how small Wyoming, Minnesota is. (Around 8,000 people.)
* In other words twice as many people liked the tweet as live in the damn town.
* Justin Bieber could actually visit, egg every house’s front door, and be home for dinner.
* Doesn’t that sound like they were stuck for a name, and the founder of the town peeked over at a map and took Wyoming?
* You can picture the town’s founder thinking, “They’re a long way from Minnesota. They’ll never find out.”
