AUDIO: THEY FOUND THE BOBCAT
The National Zoo in Washington, D.C. finally found the bobcat that went missing on Monday. The Zoo said in a tweet that Ollie, a 25-pound bobcat, was found on zoo property. The discovery came just hours after the zoo announced that it was suspending its search for the bobcat because the zoo didn’t have the staff to continue canvassing neighborhoods for Ollie.
* “Wild animal’s on the loose in the neighborhood.” “Screw it. I’m on break.”
* They grabbed that pussy pretty quick, I bet. That’s now called “Trumping”.
* “Found on zoo property”? More like “accidentally stumbled upon”.
* If only you could put some sort of device on a dangerous animal that would send you a signal telling you where it was.
* They found her in the flamingo exhibit, lying on her back, eyes rolled up into her head, smiling.
* Now if they can only find little Kyle, who mysteriously went missing Tuesday.
* The bobcat had to come back. It couldn’t make it in this economy.
* Sure, it’s back in its cage…but it has a lot of nice new memories.
* Correction: It was 25 pounds when it left. It gained some weight eating the other animals.
* The zoo was canvassing neighborhoods for Ollie? Is everything in Washington a political campaign?
CLIP: Bobcat growl.
