THREE NEW BEN & JERRY'S FLAVORS

Ben & Jerry’s is introducing three new ice cream flavors:
– Urban Bourbon: packed with burnt caramel ice cream, almond, fudge flakes and bourbon caramel swirls
– Oat of the Swirled: fudge flakes, oatmeal cinnamon cookie swirls and buttery brown sugar ice cream
– Truffle Kerfuffle: vanilla ice cream, roasted pecans, fudge flakes and salted chocolate ganache swirl
The new flavors will hit stores in mid-February.
* Sure, announce the flavors in the middle of winter. That’s when people want ice cream the most.
* What happens next is, you go to the store for your favorite ice cream, and it’s been taken out of the freezer to make room for freakin’ Truffle Kerfuffle.
* So all you have to do is come up with a rhyming name and make an ice cream out of that?
– Pinto Minto: Vanilla ice cream, candy cane and horse
– Green Spleen: Pistachio and medical waste
– Sundae Bloody Sundae: Flesh-colored ice cream with cranberry swirl
– Mustard Custard: Grey Poupon and tapioca chunks
– Blue Fondue: Cheese-flavored ice cream with windshield washer fluid
– Hairy Cherry: Made by workers who don’t use hair nets
* Urban Bourban? Great, so you can get a brain freeze and the whirlies at the same time.
* Is “Oat of the Swirled” based on “Out of This World”? ‘Cause that’s trying way too hard.
* I think they might have had too much Urban Bourbon when they thought that one up.
* You ask me, they haven’t come up with a great name since Cherry Garcia.
* Sometimes an entire company needs to get over itself.
