WEN HAIR PRODUCTS SETTLING CLASS ACTION SUIT

Do you use Wen hair care products? There has been a class action suit against the company over its Wen Cleansing Conditioner products. Over 200 women from 40 different states have joined the suit claiming they suffered hair loss, bald spots, itching and rashes. A settlement to a class action lawsuit appears to be moving forward; a federal judge has approved a preliminary settlement of over $26 million. Six million people are apparently eligible for some kind of award. People who simply bought the products could get $25, while those who experienced hair loss and scalp irritation could get up to $20,000. A federal judge must still give final approval of the settlement.
* The hair products DID cause a rash. A rash of lawsuits.
* Wen shampoo, as in, “I remember Wen I had hair.”
* To be fair, once you go bald, the product no longer hurts your hair.
* Mmm, come to think of it … yes, yes, I do remember using that.
* In fact, I have a bald spot so that means I get the full 20 grand.
* Okay, the bald spot’s on my forehead but maybe I can still sell it to the judge.
* So Wen got cleaned out with a cleanser.
* Sounds thorough anyway.
* How about repurposing it as a drain cleaner?
