AUDIO: THREE REGRETS PEOPLE HAVE AT THE END OF THEIR LIFE

In her new book “The Three Regrets: Inspirational Stories and Practical Advice for Love and Forgiveness at Life’s End,” hospice chaplain Tenzin Kiyosaki shares the Three Most Common Regrets she hears from patients who have less than six months to live.
1. People regret not following their dreams, leading them to ponder many “what if” scenarios.
2. Not expressing themselves to their loved ones.
3. Not forgiving others.
* Sitting through all four hours of Justice League Snyder Cut has to be on that list.
* People also regret following their dreams, when they blow up in their faces leaving nothing but disappointment and bitterness. Wait – was that too dark?
* Many of the patients regretted talking about their regrets to Tenzin Kiyosaki, which left them feeling miserable.
* I can tell you one thing no one will ever regret: eating an entire sleeve of Girl Scout Thin Mints.
* Great book for when you need a little pick-me-up, huh?
CLIP: Although former Nazi officer Adolf Eichmann famously said “I regret nothing” in a 1960 interview with LIFE magazine while awaiting his trial in Israel, the modern origin of this meme was a guy falling off a bridge on The Simpsons.
