CHASE SUSPECT STOPS AT DRIVE-THRU

Arizona police began following a suspect in Phoenix. The pursuit took a strange turn when the suspect stopped at an In-N-Out Burger drive-thru in the town of Chandler. The suspect appeared to order food but then drove away and got out of his pickup truck. He then ran into a backyard and tried to get into a house through the back door. When he couldn’t get inside the home, the suspect surrendered to police and was taken into custody. Police have not released any information about the suspect or any charges.
* He stopped at a burger place during a pursuit? Now that there is a real American.
* “Make that an order to go, please.”
* Hey, you can work up a real appetite running from the cops.
* It was fast food, but it wasn’t fast enough.
* If only it had been a Krispy Kreme, he could have tricked the cops into entering the store.
* Tell me this wouldn’t make a good TV spot?
* Now he’s hoping to get In-N-Out of jail.
